Return Window & Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

- All tags must be attached

- You must provide proof of purchase or receipt

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at info@dominionlegacyprints.store. Be sure to include photos if possible, so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer two customer-first options:

- Full Refund — Available if requested within 30 days of the invoice date

- Free Replacement — Available within 6 months for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is approved and received.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Custom or personalized products

- Sale or clearance items

- Gift cards

- Perishables (e.g., food, flowers)

- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

- Hazardous or flammable goods

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
